Alternatively, FELTOM schools work with agents who are able to give students advice and information about the courses and services being offered by language schools. Students may contact agents who will provide advice and information in their own language to help them choose the most suitable courses. Agents can also liaise with language schools to handle reservations for English courses and accommodation on behalf of students, in addition to making the necessary travel arrangements. Where needed, agents may also help students obtain the required visas. The availability of agents also offers students the security of a fixed address in their country for any possible recourse should the need arise.
