In this section of the website you will find more detailed information about Malta’s past, what it has to offer the visitor and general information which is useful during a stay on the Island.

Situated in the middle of the Mediterranean, the Maltese archipelago consists of three islands: Malta, Gozo and Comino. Malta is the largest of the islands and the administrative, economic and cultural hub of the country. The majority of language schools are situated on the island of Malta, although there are some schools in Gozo as well.

The island of Malta is 27km long and 14km wide and has a population of around 400,000 people. Gozo is much smaller and more rural with a population of just over 31,000. Most of the population is bi-lingual, speaking both English and Maltese.
