Come and participate in Malta's first industry workshop.
A unique chance to attend Malta's first ever EFL industry workshop with the added bonus of a discussion forum to be addressed by international key industry speakers.
This 3-day familiarisation trip and forum are the highlight event of FELTOM's 20th Anniversary celebrations. The event is expected to attract agents from across the globe. A direct flight from London will bring participants to Malta where they will be hosted at one of our foremost 5* hotels.
During the first day we will provide a tour of the island to give participants a feel of Malta, and a chance to experience its diverse history and culture and its distinctive qualities as an EFL destination.
On the following day the 40 agents will have the opportunity of meeting representatives from a cross-section of Maltese language schools under one roof. During the workshop up to 25 FELTOM and non FELTOM member schools will be invited to meet with agents.
The industry forum on the final day, will be addressed by key industry speakers and provide those attending with a chance to discuss the current state of the industry whilst also looking ahead to explore what the future of the language industry may hold.
During the visit agents will have the chance to relax and network less formally with industry stakeholders during a cocktail party to be held on the first evening. On the second evening agents and distinguished guests will be invited to a gala dinner.
Although the entire programme including flights and accommodation is free for agents, there is a nominal registration fee of €100 which will be payable once an application is accepted.
Booking
Interested agents should submit a completed application form by no later than 31st May 2009. Places are limited to 40, so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
